Activation of Vehicles by Judicial Order

Requirements
1 Document issued by the Judicial Body in original and 3 photocopies.
• Release of the embargo
• Release of the demand
• Release of kidnapping.
• Release of disqualification or immobilization.
• Others ordered by the judge
2 Identification document of the person delivering the judicial order:

2.1 Server or employee of the Court: Badge or Carnet

2.2 Lawyer and Notary: Carnet of Member of the Professional Association and photocopy

2.3 Solicitor:
Identification document and photocopy.

Letter of authorization signed and sealed by the Lawyer and Notary.
Photocopy of the carnet of the Lawyer and Notary as Member of the Professional Association, who authorizes the procedure.

3 Owner: Personal Identification Document (DPI)..
4 Passport in case of a foreigner.
5 Appointment of the Legal Representative or certified copy, when appropriate.
Steps to follow

Go to the Division of the Vehicles’ Tax Registry or to the Departmental Tax Offices through the File System with the request of the Judicial Body.

What do I get?

A document of response is issued to the Judicial Body to complete the procedure.
