Inactivation of Vehicles at the Public Ministry’s Request

Requirements
1Document issued by the Public Ministry for the Inactivation in original and 3 photocopies:
• Stolen vehicle.
• By investigation initiated
• Others requested by the prosecutor or tax agent.
2Public Ministry employee who is delivering the document must be identified with the badge or carnet.
Steps to follow

Requests of the Public Ministry must be received at the Division of the Vehicles Tax Registry or in the Departmental Tax Offices through the File System.

What do I get?

A response document is issued to the Public Ministry to complete the procedure.
