Personal Identification Document (DPI) of the person who delivers the original document.

  • Server or employee of the Court: Badge or Card.
  • Attorney and Notary: Carnet of Member of the Professional Association.
  • Solicitor: ID (DPI).
2Document issued by the Judicial Body in original and three (3) photocopies by:

  • Embargo
  • Demand
  • Kidnapping
  • Disabling

• Others that the Judge orders

Steps to follow

Judicial orders must be received at the Vehicles Tax Registry or at the Departmental Tax Offices  through the File System.

What do I get?

A response document is issued to the Judicial Body in order complete procedure.
