Notice of the Legalization of Signatures on Vehicles’ Title Certificate

1 Personal Identification Document (DPI) (if you do not have it see special cases).
2 Fill out SAT-411 Form “Notice of Legalization of Signatures on the Vehicles’ Title Certificates, signed and stamped by the Notary.
3   If the procedure is being made by a third party authorized to make the RFV, this must submit the requirements of the Third Parties.

Go to an Agency or Tax Office with the requirements.

What do I get?

The acknowledgment receipt of the “Legalization of Signatures” from the Vehicles’ Tax Registration System.

Special Cases

1. If you do not have the Personal Identification Document (DPI).

  • Attach the document issued by RENAP, certifying the process for the obtainment of this document, provided that, the Unique Identification Code (CUI) is displayed, with or without photography.

2. The Notary has the obligation to send the notice to the Tax Administration of the legalization of signatures made the previous month within the first fifteen (15) days of each month.
