Registration/Update as Lawyer and Notary

Requirements
1Taxpayer’s Personal Identification Document (DPI), original and photocopy (if you do not have it see special cases).
2Registration as active professional member, original and photocopy.
3Certification from the General Archives of Protocols where you registered your signature and seal (form 2000)
4Registration as Liberal Professional or Small Taxpayer.
5If you make the Electronic Transfer through Virtual Agency, you must comply with the requirements to update fingerprint printing for electronic transfer through a virtual agency.
Steps to follow

Go to an Agency or Tax Office with the requirements.

What do I get?
  • You may obtain the registration certificate and Unified Tax Registry (RTU) update through your Virtual Agency and to print it on the Portal SAT in the RTU Query option. If you do not have the Virtual Agency, click here to request it.

Special Cases

1. If you do not have the Personal Identification Document (DPI).

  • Attach document issued by RENAP evidencing that the obtaining of the document is in process, provided that the Unique Identification Code (CUI) is visible, with or without a photograph.

2.To be solvent of your Value Added Tax obligations.

3. To have your registered address updated at the Unified Tax Registry.
